Cameron McGregor

As Chief Strategy Officer for Ms.Medicine, a national primary and specialty healthcare organization specializing in comprehensive, longitudinal, women’s-specific care, McGregor leads the strategic business efforts and oversees national business development and partnership growth. She brings over 20 years of results-oriented leadership and innovative experience to Ms.Medicine. McGregor’s knowledge of integrated health networks, community-based health systems and joint-ventures allows her to successfully bridge gaps in healthcare, build relationships and conceptualize strategies with positive results.

Formerly, McGregor served as the System Vice President of Business Development for Premier Health, in Dayton, Ohio. In this role, she was responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the north, south and east markets. While At Premier Health, she also served as System Vice President of Service Integration for the Oncology, Neuroscience and Spine Institutes as well as System Director of Operational Innovation.

Before her career at Premier Health, McGregor gained extensive experience consulting with health systems across the country working with administrators to enhance physician engagement and alignment. Prior to consulting, she worked for Mercy Health in a variety of business development, physician relations, and nursing roles. McGregor’s clinical specialty is high risk obstetrics.

McGregor holds a Master of Science in Nursing and Health Systems Management from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia. She is board-certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives.

McGregor is a sought-after national speaker on physician engagement and alignment as well the development of high-performing teams. She is also a program guest faculty for the Healthcare Management Program at the Boonshoft School of Medicine. McGregor is a recipient of the 2015 Dayton Business Journal Forty Under Forty Award as well as the 2016 Tiller Hewitt Healthcare Strategies Legend Award.
