Sr. Director Strategic Initiatives
Jessica Schreiber serves as the Chief Strategic Initiatives for Ms.Medicine. In her role, she collaborates with senior management, operations, finance and the network of Ms.Medicine providers across the country to develop and build successful Ms.Medicine practices.
Schreiber is responsible for the referral development strategy and implementation and identifying high-priority target expansion opportunities. She serves as a liaison between the national Ms.Medicine organization and referral sources – gathering feedback, solving problems and interacting closely to identify providers and practices who meet the criteria for transforming healthcare practices to the national Ms.Medicine model.
Schreiber’s has extensive experience in healthcare, particularly in strategic planning and analysis. She understands and anticipates the needs of healthcare practices via market trends and translates clinical and improvement knowledge into new programs. As a collaborator, she works to build long-term relationships with Ms.Medicine practices on a national scale.
Previously, Schreiber served as a strategic planner at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center where she partnered with leadership to develop Cincinnati Children’s 2020 strategic plan. She led integrated strategic growth planning efforts – accelerating growth for several nationally recognized programs. Prior to her role at Cincinnati Children’s, Schreiber was a consultant with Deloitte Consulting LLP where she worked with teams to develop cost and process efficiency initiatives among clinical and non-clinical teams.
Schreiber earned a Master of Science degree in Health Systems Management from Rush University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame.
