Rickenbaugh serves as the Ms.MedicineTM Strategic Advisor. In this role, Rickenbaugh helped launch the new national women’s healthcare organization with practices in multiple locations across the country. Opening initially in Cincinnati as a concierge medicine primary care and specialty practice for women, Ms.Medicine is expanding to become a national organization of experienced, specialty trained primary care providers, supported by a national network of women’s health experts.
With over 20 years of healthcare experience, including practice development, management and operations, Rickenbaugh brings extensive leadership in building high-functioning teams, the ability to motivate and inspire others, a keen sense of details and the ability to turn strategy into operational success.
Most recently, Rickenbaugh served as Program Manager in Executive Health for both TriHealth and UC Health. Prior to those roles, she served as the Clinical Operations Manager for the UC Health Women’s Center where she worked side-by-side with Lisa Larkin, MD to strategically build the clinical operations. In this role, Rickenbaugh was responsible for supporting the launch of the academic health system’s 26,000-square-foot facility for multi-specialty care of women throughout all stages of life. Rickenbaugh was also responsible for the recruitment and management of the facility’s clinical and administrative staff, as well as involvement in the development of the Women’s Center clinical programs.
