Lisa Larkin, MD, FACP, NCMP, IF
Trained at Yale and the University of Chicago, Dr. Lisa Larkin is a board-certified internist practicing internal medicine and women’s health, in both academics and private practice, since 1991 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is Founder and CEO of Ms.Medicine, a national healthcare organization dedicated to advancing evidence-based women’s primary health care through an innovative concierge practice model, and through specialist collaboration and education. She is also owner and President of Lisa Larkin, MD and Associates, an independent, multispecialty practice offering comprehensive primary care and women’s specialty health care in a Direct Primary Care (DPC) and Concierge Care practice model. Dr. Larkin is the Founder and Executive Director of the Cincinnati Sexual Health Consortium, a non-profit designed to improve the sexual health and wellness of individuals in the Greater Cincinnati region, and she recently served as Director of Women’s Corporate Health for TriHealth. She formerly served as Associate Professor and Division Director of Midlife Women’s Health and Primary Care at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and as the Director of the UC Health Women’s Center (2012-2016). She is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, a certified menopause clinician (NCMP), a Fellow of and past member of the Board of Directors of ISSWSH (International Society or the Study of Women’s Sexual Health), and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of NAMS (North American Menopause Society).
A breast cancer survivor herself, Dr. Larkin is passionate about raising the standard of care of women and advancing evidence-based women’s healthcare. She is known as an entrepreneur and health care innovator and “disrupter.” In 2018, she was recognized as a national “Changemaker in Medicine” by Medical Economics. In 2016, she was recognized by the Cincinnati Business Courier as one of 8 “Women Who Mean Business” in the Greater Cincinnati region, and in 2019, named Health Care Hero Entrepreneur by the same publication.
Sabrina K. Sahni, MD, NCMP
Obstetrics and Gynecology and Women’s Health
Sabrina K. Sahni, MD, NCMP is a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities where she completed her undergraduate education and received a B.A. in Human Physiology. She continued her education at St. Matthews University School of Medicine where she received her medical degree. Dr. Sahni then went on to complete her Family Medicine Residency at Virginia Commonwealth University – Riverside Family Medicine where she served as the President and Founder of the Society for Women’s Health. She then completed a two year fellowship in Specialized Women’s Health at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. During her training, she became proficient in ambulatory gynecology, complex contraception, as well as management of various hormonal disorders. She now serves as a staff physician at the Cleveland Clinic Florida under the Department of Gynecology.
Dr. Sahni is a board-certified family medicine physician and a National Certified Menopause Practitioner. She’s an active member of the Association for Healthcare Social Media, North American Menopause Society, American Academy of Family Physicians and Academy of Women’s Health.
Dr. Sahni specializes in the management of perimenopausal and menopausal disorders through the use of FDA approved hormone therapy options and has found great success for her patients who have not been able to find a solution.
Holly Thacker, MD, FACP, NCMP, CCD
Holly L. Thacker, MD is nationally known for her leadership in women’s health. She is the founder of the Cleveland Clinic Women’s Health Fellowship and is currently the Professor and Director of the Center for Specialized Women’s Health at Cleveland Clinic and Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University.
Her special interests are menopause and related medical problems including osteoporosis, hormone therapy, breast cancer risk assessment, menstrual disorders, female sexual dysfunction and interdisciplinary women’s health. She is the author of Women’s Health: Your Body, Your Hormones, Your Choices and Cleveland Clinic Guide to Menopause. She is the past chair of the Physician Education Committee for the North American Menopause Society and former board member of the National Osteoporosis Foundation.
Additionally, Dr. Thacker is on the Executive Board of Councilors for the Ohio State Medical Association. She continues to be recognized for her excellence and has won many health awards. Most recently, Dr. Thacker was one of ten national winners of the Healthnetwork Foundation Service Excellence Award given to physicians who demonstrate a long-term commitment to patient care and medical research. In 2009, Dr. Thacker received the Lila A. Wallis Women’s Health Award from the American Medical Women’s Association and the Journal of Women’s Health for her lifetime career achievements in interdisciplinary women’s health.
Dr. Thacker graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine at the top of her class and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Society. She continued with an internship and residency in internal medicine at Cleveland Clinic followed by a self-designed training in women’s health.
Dr. Thacker is a North American Menopause Society-certified menopause specialist and a certified clinical densitometrist.
Alyssa Dweck, MS, MD, FACOG
Dr. Dweck is a practicing gynecologist in Westchester County, New York. She provides care to women of all ages; she has delivered thousands of babies. A graduate of Barnard College, she has a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University and her Medical Degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, now named Drexel University. Dr. Dweck trained at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, where she was Chief Resident in 1994.
Dr. Dweck practices in Mount Kisco, NY and admits to Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco, NY. She has been voted “Top Doctor” in New York Magazine and Westchester Magazine. She is proficient in minimally invasive surgery. She has a special interest and expertise in female sexual health and medical sex therapy. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and a consultant at Massachusetts General Hospital, Vincent’s Memorial Ob/Gyn Service.
Dr. Dweck is co-author of three books, including the newly released The Complete A to Z for Your V (Quarto Press 2017)
Dr. Dweck has appeared on The Today Show and Good Day LA. She is on the Health Advisory Board of Family Circle Magazine and contributes regularly to multiple in print and online media outlets.
