Dr. Annie Fenn is a physician, chef, and author of "The Brain Health Kitchen: Preventing Alzheimer's Through Food" (Artisan 2023). A board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist and Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Fenn pivoted from a successful 20-year medical career to pursue her passion for culinary arts and brain health. Inspired by her mother's dementia diagnosis, she founded the Brain Health Kitchen in 2015, the first cooking school focused exclusively on preventing cognitive decline through food and lifestyle.
